Tungle.me for IBM Lotus Notes Software Now Available

The Tungle.me software app, which is now available for IBM Lotus Notes users, makes it easy for people to schedule meetings across organizations, calendar systems and time zones by eliminating costly double bookings and the endless back and forth of finding a time to meet.  Tungle.me allows users outside of your organization to see your free/busy time and set up a meeting.  Too often, I go back and forth with clients on setting up a meeting.  Now I can point them to my Tungle.me page and they can see my availability and propose one or more times to meet.  I am anxious to try this with our outsourced call center.

Today, I tested the Tungle.me software.  So far, I am impressed with the ease of use and functionality.  It took me a couple tries to get the widget to work, but once it was installed, it ran smoothly. The widget provides the sync functionality between your Notes calendar and Tungle.me.

To get your FREE account, go to www.tungle.me.  This will start the registration process.  From the time I first registered until I tested my first meeting was 15 minutes.
