• Simplified integration between Lotus Quickr and Lotus Connections, such as top-line navigation, common person cards, and integrated search.
• Enhanced member management and role-based access.
• A new place catalog with tag-based navigation makes it easier than ever to find places, particularly in large, distributed Lotus Quickr deployments.
• Expanded integration with enterprise content management (ECM) repositories, including a new Web-based component that makes it a snap to interact with ECM content in a Lotus Quickr place.
• Expanded connectors to for ECM content and parametric search of ECM content.
• Flexible and easy management tools, including a new administrator console with more user and place statistics, enhanced backup and recovery tools, and simplified place customization.
• A new library portlet makes it easy to integrate Lotus Quickr content into a WebSphere Portal page.
• Support for WebSphere Portal 6.1.5.
• Expanded platform support, including IBM AIX 6.1 64bit, Microsoft Windows 2008 64bit, SLES 10, SLES 64bit on System z, Oracle 10.2, Micrsoft Internet Explorer 8 on Windows, Mozilla Firefox 3.5 on Microsoft Windows, Linux, and Apple Macintosh.
